Ts&Cs Keepsake Blankets - I work very hard to create keepsake blankets that are everything you want them to be & will always do my best to meet your individual requirements. I can assure you an awful lot of love & care goes into each one. Please make sure you read the following Ts&Cs carefully, by placing an order with me you are agreeing to these Ts&Cs. Sizes - Sizes of blanket are approximate, & can vary slightly depending on the items you send. Clothing - It is your responsibility to provide the correct number of suitable clothing/bedding etc, I always try to get as much as possible from each item you send & I know babies are rather messy, so I can usually work around the occasional small mark or stain. I cannot work around big stains or rips or clothing that is too worn to withstand being re- sewn. If there is a problem with any of the items, meaning they cannot be used, when I receive them I will contact you to give you the opportunity to send a different item/s. You will be responsible for postage costs for any additional items you need to send. Payment - Full payment is preferred on order, unless otherwise agreed, all payments must be made in full before any completed item will be sent back to you. Sending your items - It is your responsibility to ensure items are labelled & packaged correctly in order to get to me safely. If you are sending items for more than one blanket, they must be separated & labelled, putting them in separate labelled bags within the same box is fine. If there are specific items or parts of items you feel particularly strongly about me using, this must be specified when clothing is sent, either with a note in with the items or via email. It is also helpful to me (& saves me a game of guess the clothes) if you pop your name & return address in with the items. Postage - I will be in touch with you as soon as your items arrive to let you know I have received them. Some customers choose to personally deliver their items to me & pick up their finished blanket, which is no problem at all. I cannot be held responsible for items while they are in the post to me. Therefore, I strongly recommend you use a tracked delivery service. I would also recommend including your return address on the outer packaging. Should any items be lost in the post, it is your responsibility to resolve this with your chosen delivery service. In the unlikely event your items should get lost in the post & payment has been made to me, I will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the completed item.
