Description

Primavera is a tuition-free, public, charter school that has served thousands of students in grades 6-12th, since opening its doors in 2001. Primavera provides rigorous and personalized curriculum in a highly interactive learning community. Students engage in a variety of virtual workbooks, course discussion boards, blogs and other multimedia instruction. Classes start every 2 weeks (for high school) or 6 weeks (for middle school), and all coursework is completed online. Students receive one-on-one attention from highly qualified teachers, guidance counselors, student advisers and support staff. Primavera's academic program is complemented with a variety of extracurricular activities, special events and parent engagement opportunities. All Primavera courses are aligned to meet state and national standards.
