We run sessions from 6.30am through to 7.30pm and we give you the freedom to log in and book yourself onto whatever session suits you! Prime Mover is a new Group PT Centre providing an affordable option for Personal Training. Prime Mover is creating something new, a place where you get the focus, attention and motivation of a Personal Training session all for the monthly fee of a regular Fitness Centre. We don't show you around once and then leave you to look after yourself for the rest of your fitness/weight loss journey, we're with you every step of the way - literally! We don't use Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes or those tedious Resistance Machines, we use a variety of implements, some of which you will have never seen before, that will have building muscle and stripping fat in record time!
