I have been lucky enough to have raced professionally for over 15 years, have been coached at the highest level and have ridden and trained with the best. Having retired to spend more time with my young family I’m now able to offer bespoke training and coaching in the sport I love to anyone who is serious about improving. John Jones has finished the brutal ever that is La Marmotte And beating his time by 45 Min to last year a big improvement!! Here are some stats ;) 420th out of 6315 finishers in a time of 7:03:24. La Marmotte is 108 miles and 5000m of ascent up Glandon, Telegraph, Galibier and Alpe d'Huez. Great riding John and a massive well done!!
Another massive performance by John Jones at the Dragon Ride in wales covering the brutal 140 miles in 7 hours and 10 minutes!!!
The Final result off the Chiltern 100 has arrived and John has managed to get 2nd place out of 1000+ riders! Great result and shows the hard work did pay off, well done John!
Great day at the VCC hard riders Time Trial (27miles), with John Jones improving a massive 9 minutes on his previous best! Well done John.
