Understanding the Truth about Nutrition The Pro-Fit optimal eating program is the result of nutrition and health research spanning over many years from various different people within the field. During that time we have looked at hundreds of popular dietary regimes to see if they actually deliver the results that they were each promising in their ‘scientific’ and testimonial literature (you have probably tried some of them only to be disappointed).
