The primary vision of Proformance Rehab is to provide each patient with a quality, individualized, hands-on approach allowing the patient to be proactive in their goals towards self reliance and return to full function. We accomplish this with productive one-hour, one-on-one sesssions with a physical therapist using a customized fusion of manual skills, exercise, and activity-specific training.
