Project Brave - A Night of Music and Dance for Autism on February 19th is an event to encourage autism acceptance, raise funds to continue our programming initiatives and to celebrate the participants of our acceptance video titled Project Brave: Are You This Brave. The beautiful, 500 seat Regent Theatre in Oshawa, Ontario will hold this event scheduled for February 2015. We are thrilled to have the ever popular TV celebrity and author, Liz West, as master of ceremonies for this event! Guests attending the event will enjoy live entertainment, a viewing of the video, a short award ceremony, and end with a performance by five time Juno award winner Alan Frew from Glass Tiger! Tickets can be purchased at the Regent Theatre Box Office at 50 King Street East, Oshawa or online at http://tickets.regenttheatre.ca

Autism Ontario Durham Region provides support, resource information and programming for individuals and their families living with autism. Often, the stresses and misunderstanding these individuals and families face can be overwhelming. Our Chapter also strives to bring awareness and acceptance of autism, and those affected by it. The funds provided by this event will be used directly for programming and enhancing the lives of those on the autism spectrum in our community. It will help those we service to know that there are people in the community who care about them and want them to know that they matter.Company Rating
