We are one of the premier advocacy centers on the campus of Loyola Law School.

Who do we help? At this time, we are only able to represent inmates from the state of California who claim factual innocence. How do we help? Every inmate letter we receive is screened, and after conducting thorough investigation, we notify the inmate if we are able to assist them in their case or not. When do we help? Loyola's Project for the Innocent is a post-conviction clinic that provides pro bono legal assistance to inmates after they are no longer represented by counsel and their appeals have been completed.
