Description

Our goal is to provide meaningful long-term employment for returning citizens (former inmates) who reside within our primary service area while providing them with the resources to address social and behavioral modification issues which may be affecting them and their families. All of our employees are enrolled in The Rezilyantz Re-Entry Initiative, which provides various community based programs. As we pay our employees their actual hourly rate for the time they invest by participating in these programs, our hopes and ultimate goal is to offer a much greater chance at successfully re-integrating back into the community while aiding the economy. As a company we will benefit by having solid, well-adjusted accountable long-term employees who will represent our company and successfully perform their duties for the benefit of our clients. Our clients can rest easy with us, as all of our employees will be bonded/insured by federal and state law, as well as privately bonded with full liability coverage!
