Description

The purpose of the Psychology Club at UCCS is to be of academic and public service to our communities: Students and faculty of the College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, namely the Department of Psychology Students and faculty of UCCS Citizens of Colorado Springs We will execute our purpose through: The pursuit of knowledge in the field of Psychology The building of interpersonal networks with others interested in psychology The dissemination of knowledge through presentations of speakers from the professional fields of Psychology and related disciplines The presentation of ongoing research And volunteer works of public service

General Info

Psi Chi membership is open to graduate and undergraduate men and women who are making the study of psychology one of their major interests, and who meet the minimum qualifications. Psi Chi is a member of the Association of College Honor Societies and is an affiliate of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Association for Psychological Science (APS). Psi Chi's sister honor society is Psi Beta, the national honor society in psychology for community and junior colleges.
