Public Services is a wine and whisky bar located in the historic Houston Cotton Exchange Building in downtown Houston and is a landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Local architect Eugene Heiner designed the building in 1884.
We specialize in an international selection of hard to find wines and whiskies.
The bar is full service—we pride ourselves on attention to detail and unpretentious, friendly service staff.
Theodore Rex (formerly Oxheart Restaurant) curates our selection of snacks.
Open 4pm-2am, Monday through Saturday.
Enter through the lobby of the Cotton Exchange Building at 202 Travis St. Suite 100, Houston, Texas, 77002.
Street parking is available and is free from 6pm and on Sundays.
We do not currently have a valet.
