We are a Gold Coast business that offers group and private Sound Healing sessions, group Soundscapes, Theta Healing and Massage Therapy services in Merrimac. We also offer a mobile service around the greater Gold Coast. ~ Sound Healing ~ Sound has been used for centuries to help heal and uplift the body, mind and spirit and now even new scientific studies have proven that sound has a profound effect on us on many different levels. In our modern lives there are many things that can have an impact on our us such as diet, electromagnetic fields from electrical devices, environmental toxins, mental, emotional and physical stress. Over time these factors can impact us and cause imbalance and dis-ease on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Our bodies may appear to be dense and solid but as with everything it is in fact made up of tiny particles of energy. Sound is frequency and vibration and although sound can not be seen it can travel through the energy particles that make up our body. Sound and vibration is also carried through water and as our body is mostly made up of water it's not hard to understand how sound can affect us on that level too. The effects sound has on us on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level can be felt on a daily basis; a certain piece of music may give you the chills and goose bumps, whereas a certain sound may make you fearful and anxious. Another type of music may make you feel energised whereas another song may help you to go to sleep. We've all experienced a time where a song has made us cry for no reason just as a song may make us feel agitated. Sound is such a powerful tool that it can shift energy on all levels as it travels effortlessly through energy and matter. I use sound to help release and shift condensed and blocked energy that can cause imbalance, disharmony and dis-ease. Sound enables us to 'see' ourselves and to expand our awareness by allowing particles of light (photons) to move through and break up condensed energy (electrons). The pure sounds of ancient and modern instruments bathe the body at a cellular level and help to rebalance, restore and relax us in profound ways. Ancient and modern instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tingshas, Rainsticks, Cosmic Tone drums, Energy Chime Bars (with Solfeggio frequencies), Tuning Forks and other healing instruments are used in my sessions to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, relaxed and restored physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Sound Healing sessions are available as a group Sound Bath or a one on one Sound Healing and Chakra balancing session. Soundscape sessions also available. These are an interactive session that are perfect for team building exercises where people can have fun and release old patterns while 'painting' a picture or story with sound. This type of massage helps to increase blood and lymphatic circulation and increase brain and nerve function, stimulate the flow of Chi, help eliminate toxins stored deep within the body, relax tight muscles and promote general wellbeing and relaxation. 30min, 60min, 90 min and 120min appointments available.
