Hi welcome to Purple Pantry I'm Belinda Gowers, married to Darren with two children, Charlotte and Ben. A few years ago I became sensitive to wheat and so decided to try a wheat free diet.Voila the symptoms disappeared. As someone with a wheat intolerance or coeliac disease will know it's difficult going out for meals or just wanting a snack whilst out shopping. So I decided to experiment with wheat free and gluten free cooking and baking in my own kitchen. My repertoire has grown over the years and now I want to share my finds and experiments with you at great prices. Hope you enjoy them as much as my family and friends do.
