You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, unless there is a defect in the product or the wrong item was shipped. In the event that the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, Purple Silk will pay for the return shipping and provide you with an exchange or a full refund.
