Coming up to the show I will be aiming to lose as much body fat as I can while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible. Here are the supplements I am currently having: whey protein Casein BCAA's Udos oil CLA's. Over the next few days I will post up the reasons for each one. Im currently in a slight calorie defecit which I am aiming to increase as the time gets nearer, dropping the carbs (not completely) and increasing the protein. I know people probably wont care too much but this is also a way for me to keep myself motivated and on track.
Looking forward to my oat protein pancakes in the morning, none of that nuttella and maple syrup for me. 8 weeks out, il post the recipe in the morning.
Very happy with client progress this week. Especially 2 of them. 5 pounds weight loss and 2% drop in bodyfat in 2 weeks :) keep up the good work
2 more days and il be back in the gym teaching classes and training clients, up to now it will be Abs Ladies tone Spin LBT (legs bums and tums) Bootcamp. Possibly taking a box fit / combat class too.
