Quantum Leap Academy (QLA) is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and academically challenging environment for children as they learn through hands-on, interactive exploration. As the Triangle area’s first STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) early learning center, QLA places an emphasis on children’s proficiency in skills that underlie future success in science and math. QLA employs STEM integration, which is a holistic approach that helps students master literacy skills in all subjects, while infusing discovery, innovation, creativity and independent thinking into daily learning objectives. On a daily basis, children discover their world, while learning to read, write, and communicate more effectively. Students thrive as they participate in experiential learning involving constant use of both sides of their brains.
