The Queen’s Leadership, Excellence, and Development Conference (QLEAD) began in 2001, and it has since grown into one of the top conferences of its kind in Ontario. Today, it attracts high-school students from across Canada interested in all aspects of leadership. QLEAD features keynote speakers, interactive workshops and a dynamic business case challenge, which combine together to give a true taste of the Queen's experience. Last year’s conference was an enormous success, and this year’s promises to be as strong as ever. This year’s theme sparked a passionate discussion amongst the members of the Executive. We wanted the theme to demonstrate what we felt were the strongest features of QLEAD as a conference. Our goal is to challenge delegates to leave their mark in whatever they do - whether it is at school or in their communities. QLEAD 2014: Leave Your Mark.
