Standard RATES are- Individual:: $50 per hour OR $30 per Half hour 2-3 clients:: $35 per hour per client 4-9 clients:: $25 per hour per client 10 and up:: $20 per client per hour OR $10 per client per half hour (class cardio sessions) . For special rates or times, please MSG with requests or needs. We can figure it out so it works for you! . I am NASM/ACSM trained and a certified Personal and Group trainer. I also have a degree in Health and Fitness that included training in: Nutrition, resistance, bio-mechanics, cardio-respiratory, hypertrophy and weight loss.
