Sasha is an ERYT500 level Yoga Instructor. She has 500 hours of yoga training along with 7 years of teaching experience and continuing education. She leads yoga teacher trainings and mentors student yoga teachers on the art of creating relaxation. She is also a certified Zumba and Zumba Gold instructor, a licensed Esthetician, and a Cosmetologist. She studies and practices Aromatherapy and Sound Healing extensively. Her specialty is combining healing modalities to elicit a deeply relaxing and therapeutic response from the subtle body. Utilizing a variety of techniques from the fields of Ayurveda, Yoga, Cosmetology and Esthetics she will help you discover your most radiant self.
