All sausages are vacuum packed in packages of 4 sausages and frozen.
We do a weekly special sausage, These have included Cumberland, Boerewors, Parmesan, Apple Rosemary and many others.
We do a few chicken sausages when we have enough chickens. Apple-sage, Roman and curry have been some of our most popular.

We custom cut pork. If you want fresh pork cuts come see us at the farm on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Fresh sausages are usually available on Wednesdays.
If you want pork or lamb for the freezer let us know your requirements. If you need some hard to find cuts such as double loins, whole legs, extra thick chops just let us know.
We are also offering our own locally raised free run chickens, cut and vacuum packed. If you want a fresh, not-frozen chicken come see us on Wednesday at the farm.
