Description

Our offering comprises a range of daily-squeezed, cold-pressed organic vegetable and fruit juices, a healthy breakfast menu, coffee, cakes (including gluten-free and dairy-free) and a selection of fresh sandwiches on artisanal bread. Cold-pressing is way of extracting the maximum amount of juice from the least amount of produce. It works without the use of a rotary blade centrifugal juicer, which is the most prevalent method used for commercial juicing. When the blades in a centrifugal juicer spin at up to 16,000RPM there is an abundance of heat produced by friction. The hot blades then contact the produce, often destroying sensitive enzymes, lowering the nutritional value of the juice, and affecting the taste. Furthermore, the rotary blade machines leave behind much juice in the pulp. With cold pressing, the juice stays fresh for longer, has higher yield from the produce, tastes better and also retains the highest amount of nutrients. We are open from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday in Dover St., 10am-6pm in Notting Hill. We will also be open on Saturdays and Sundays in Notting Hill only, from 11am-5pm.
