The Rose City Islamic Center (RCIC) operates as a community center serving the social service needs of the Muslim community in Windsor, and the surrounding area. The RCIC serves as a mosque as well as recreational center. Our mission is to establish an Islamic presence in Canada that is balanced, constructive, and integrated, though distinct, in the social fabric and culture of Canada.
