At Re-Evolve SC, we pride ourselves on high quality coaching, promoting and teaching correct technique for all exercises, This includes building solid foundations while also incorporating complex movements, such as power lifting, kettlebells and olympic lifting techniques. Our coaches many qualifications include: Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness Strength & Conditioning Power Lifting Olympic Weightlifting Advanced Competition Kettlebells LVL1 Crossfit Emmett Technique Rehab & Prehab programming Strength & Conditioning Programming At Re-Evolve SC we cater for all fitness levels, from entry to elite, so if your goal is just to lose some weight, gain lean muscle, or to completely change your life, we would genuinely love to help you get there. The Re-Evolve Bootcamp is run on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:30pm at Willowbank Park (in Kirwan) and Saturday's from 6am at a different location each week. Weekday sessions include circuit style training, boxing, plyometrics, foot drills & team work. Saturday sessions include power & endurance style training, varying from week to week not only in location, but intensity and format as well.
