The One Club Model is a extraordinary opportunity to provide a solid foundation where the focus is "player centered". The information bullet and presentation sent by RSA provides a excellent overview and explanation of the One Club Model and Cryuff Total Football Model. The One Club Model and Cryuff Total Football can only become reality with your (membership approval) and your vote. Now, is your opportunity to voice your opinion by coming out to vote!! RSA Members Eligible to Vote would be any person who is in good standing in the 2014 Outdoor Season and actively participates in an RSA zoned league in the capacity of: an adult player; parent or guardian of a youth player; coach; team manager; referee (adult referee with Regina Soccer Referee Association); currently active Director of an RSA Youth Zone; RSA Director; or RSA Committee Member. 1 person = 1 vote (max 1 vote per Member); Families: 1 parent can vote if one child is registered in a youth zone 2 parents can vote if 2 children are registered in a youth zone All voting must be in person (no proxy votes). Please review the material accompanying this notice (attached in the email), and additional material that will be provided in the next few days, in order to make an informed decision. Cruyff Football Presentation 7 pm – 8:30 pm June 24th at U of R (Education Building RM 191) Presentation by Mr. Todd Beane, International Director of Cruyff Football Cruyff Football (see http://www.cruyfffootball.com) offers world class youth development focused on improvement in the performance of athletes, effectiveness of training, quality of coaching, and the efficiency of soccer operations for the organization. They presently provide services to professional organizations, and are looking to establish relationships with amateur organizations throughout the world. The opportunity available to Regina would be the first in North America. Todd Beane delivered an informative session on his last visit to Regina in April of this year, addressed to the Technical Directors of the Clubs, Board members, and others. Now it is time for the membership as a whole, players, parents and coaches as well as administrators and valued volunteers, to learn more about this potentially coming to Regina.

We have had the pleasure of meeting once again with the Board of Directors for each of the Youth Clubs (except for UCT who we are scheduled to meet with on June 5, 2014). In the course of our discussions, we have received very helpful feedback, and now we look forward to hearing from our membership and the Regina soccer community as a whole. For those coaches that were unable to attend the May 26 and 31 MED (Making Ethical Decisions) Module at Regina Sport, 2205 Victoria Avenue there are 2 more courses being offered as follows: 1. Monday June 16, from 6pm-9pm 2. Monday June 23, from 6pm-9pm. The courses will have a maximum of 20 participants. The fee is $35.00 participants which will be reimbursed by the Club. Pancho Bravo, our Technical Director, is having a Coaching Clinic for all U6 and U8 coaches. Pancho would like all coaches, both Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches to attend. The Coaching Clinic will be held on Saturday, May 17 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Access Communications Field (off of Park Street). Coaches please wear proper soccer attire as there will be on field training that will require proper footwear/clothing.
