Description
I am a Registered Massage Therapist with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education. I have experience treating a variety of different client conditions including chronic pain, prenatal massage and athletic injuries. In the winter I conducted a case study examining the effects of Massage Therapy on dysfunctions of the jaw and from this have become efficient in conducting intraoral massage. I employ General Swedish Massage techniques- myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilizations to safely and effectively treat each individual. My combined educational programs allow me to develop detailed home care, to help my clients achieve optimal wellness.
