Reconsidered Goods in a creative reuse center for the surrounding central North Carolina community. Our organization collects & organizes discards from local businesses and personal donations. We then redistribute the collected materials for reuse by others which diverts the items from the landfill to be repurposed. Our business will be structured as a 501C-3 non-profit. Reconsidered Goods’ mission is to offer a community based center that uses these resources for creative and educational experiences, to offer inexpensive creative materials for local artists and to promote environmental awareness. Reconsidered Goods is an organization with a mission to promote the arts and environmental awareness to the Greater Piedmont community through reuse.

Greensboro Urban Ministry's mission is to express the love of God to people in need through practical action in the Greater Greensboro area. Founded in 1967, Greensboro Urban Ministry is an ecumenical outreach agency supported by more than 200 congregations representing Protestant, Catholic, and Jewish faith traditions. Not only does Greensboro Urban Ministry provide crisis intervention and emergency services through the basics of food, shelter, and clothing, but we also help many individuals and families break the cycles of poverty, hunger, addiction, and homelessness.
