Recover Wellbeing offers studio Pilates for all levels and doTERRA essential oils to empower you on your health and wellbeing journey. Recover Wellbeing also offers treatment specifically for recovery of the breast and upper limb for women post breast cancer treatment as well as treatment of lymphoedema, including manual lymphatic drainage. This treatment is combined with the use of Pilates studio equipment and doTERRA Essential Oils, breathing techniques, conscious movement, soft tissue techniques and postural retraining to give a holistic approach to finding wellbeing. Recover Wellbeing offers: - Regular Pilates equipment classes (1:1 up to 1:4) - Private lymphoedema treatment session (manual lymphatic drainage) - doTERRA CPTG* essential oils (plus classes and trainings) - Aromatouch treatment - Monthly Women's Health Workshops for breast health promotion and women's hormone health with essential oils. Aromatouch treatments are available upon booking, to enhance everyone’s wellbeing. Aromatouch is a gentle clinical application of doTERRA Essential Oils to decrease stress and inflammation, boost immunity and promote balance within the body.
