Description

Regional Health Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in Downtown Hammond on the corner of State Street and Sohl Avenue. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), our goal is to provide the community with affordable, accessible healthcare. We do this by offering primary health care and dental care to women, children and men. As a primary care provider, we are equipped to handle everything from temporary illnesses and injuries to the diagnosis and management of chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension. We also encourage our patients to take charge of their care through health education, disease prevention, immunizations, screenings and regular check-ups.
