How is Reiki performed? -The client usually meets with the practitioner before the treatment begins to discuss anything that you might want to focus on during the treatment. -The client remains fully clothed and no private parts of the body are ever touched. -The practitioner will hold their hands on or above you. -The treatment can be done seated, but it is best if done on a massage or Reiki table. -The client is made as comfortable as possible with pillows under the head and knees (to support the back).
