Using a seven step programme which includes lots of movement and play, stretching and massage, breathing, affirmation and visualisation techniques to help your child - be calm, - be confident, - develop body awareness - have more energy - have good general health - develop flexibility - to improve memory - to sleep better - to develop self confidence - to improve imagination, creativity and self expression and listening skills.
