Bob and Anna have over 50 years of combined experience in fitness, personal training and martial arts. They have the experience and success to get our clients to reach their goals and beyond. We know how to train ALL levels and ALL age groups. If you just want to get into shape for an upcoming event, lose a few pounds, need corrective exercises for an injury or need specialized conditioning modalities for martial arts or other sport specific needs, call us for a complimentary assessment. Anna is a high energy personal trainer with lots of experience and is a first degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do. Bob has been training in the martial arts since 1971 and is an internationally certified 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do. He has been teaching since he was 16 and has extensive experience in getting results for his students and clients.
