REshape is an innovation program set up by Radboudumc. Our aim is to fire up and grow a movement of people who believe the next decennium should be the era of the rising of self-empowered patients, in where we will embrace the patient, their family and informal care into the healthcare team: ‘Patient as Partner’ as we like to call it in Nijmegen.
