TODAY I'VE GOT A DIET HACK FOR YOU THATS ALL TO DO WITH CHEWING AND HORMONES !!! Did you know a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition looked at chewing your food more can help lose pounds. They looked at chewing 40 times (instead of the average 15 times) & the results were surprising with what happened to some key fat burning hormones. The study found a direct correlation between chewing more and lower levels of the appetite-stimulating hormone ghrelin...... and higher levels of CCK, the hormone believed to reduce appetite. If you can keep ghrelin happy then you'll have more success with not wanting to graze and snack throughout the whole day. I would also add that you should slow down and really taste your food. We live in a busy lifestyle where we gulp down our food mindlessly (me included) so it's a good habit to slow your eating and enjoy the moment. This is actually a metaphor really for life too. Anyway, this quick tip will help keep your diet on track. Think positive, Be positive and positive things WILL happen. P.S. I really think you should re-read this study and "chew it over..." (Sorry i couldn't resist :-) Please share if you found this information useful !

So I have had a lot of people saying they want to change there shape and change there life but just can't afford a personal trainer.. Here's my opinion Personal training is expensive. I know we’re worth it, but the reality is that personal training is very much a luxury. These past couple years have seen a major downturn in the economy and, spending $200+ a week on personal training is just not an option for most people. But the question I always ask " How important is your body too you? " " How much would you pay for a long healthy life? "

🍬 HOW TO STOP THE SUGAR CRAVINGS 🍭 The average Australian consumes 156 pounds of added sugar per year. Did you know that refined sugar is far more addictive than cocaine — one of the most addictive and harmful substances currently known. Refined sugar consumption damages health in more ways than most realize. It suppresses immunity and causes weight gain. Here are just a few symptoms of sugar withdrawals.. - Gas, bloating or extended stomach after meals - Headache - Joint pain - Constipation - Skin problems - Allergy symptoms - Mood swings Understanding the symptoms, and preparing to deal with sugar withdrawal, can help you permanently reduce your sugar intake. But tt is important to realize that a craving is NOT the same as hunger. Craving is not your body’s calling for energy, it is the brain calling for something that releases a lot of dopamine. You need to be determined and disciplined and here are a few things you can do to help you overcome these cravings: Eat sour foods. Sour foods, like apple cider vinegar, will naturally curb your cravings for sugar. Eat fermented foods and probiotic beverages. They are full of beneficial bacteria, which drive out disease-causing bugs that increase our desire for sugar.
