Description

We create bespoke paper cut art in our studio and shop in Topsham Devon, with all our products designed and made in house. This allows us to be very flexible understanding clients' needs, whether it be a getting a custom one off card for your grandad or a creating a range for the British museum. We are proud that our products are British Made. We believe in cutting with the finest paper so we enjoy a close working relationship with the renowned G. F. Smith Papers. Fine artists Emily and Grace met at Norwich School of Art. After graduating they set up Rhombus and Pineapple with the goal of producing meticulously beautiful and totally original paper cut pieces of art. Jack (another fine art alumnus and husband to Emily) joined the team, soon followed by Shirin (art therapy trainee) shortly after. More recently illustrator and printmaker George and has joined our growing company. We all enjoy working together and making the most of our varied strengths. Setting up shop in Topsham, Devon the Rhombus and Pineapple Studio offers passers-by skilful and bespoke designs brimming with colour and a sense of humour. Whether it's a nostalgic adventurous scene, a Devon landscape, or funny motto, each piece marries bright illustration and bold topography with a sense of sentimental honesty. This is handmade at its best. The on site open studio set lets you see the artists at work, producing on the spot personalised cards for customers or working on commissions for their bigger clients.
