Description

Rhythms of Life is a place where new families or seasoned ones have support! Louisville has a growing rate of birthing network and education. However, Rhythms of Life is set apart for the one on one support through the whole experience. Being lapped over in doctors visits, work schedules and kids makes mommas and papas take a dramatic back seat. Missing the whole beauty in new life and adjusting in a peaceful way is the goal. I have been a birth doula for about 5 years, been a massage therapist for ten years and infant massage instructor for 5 years as well. I also have three children and am passionate About life. Whether you stay home with your kids or work a little or a lot we are all in the same boat with kids... We love them more than anything and want what's best but we can't forget about ourselves in the process! Take care and enjoy the offerings the page brings.

Patience during labor is easier said than done. Waiting on others is similar to waiting on the sun to peek out when it's a partly cloudy day, you just never know how the wind will blow!
