Rice Up is an exciting new venture in Southampton. We are a workers’ co-operative who have a large shop in the city centre (20 Hanover Buildings) from which we sell a whole multitude of wholefoods, fresh produce and ethical goods. We trade according to our aims and ethical policy, which reflect our personal beliefs in environmentalism, trade justice and veganism. We are an ethical wholefood grocery selling a wide range of food, toiletries and household products, including lots of organic and fairtrade goods, and local produce where possible. All toiletries and houshold products are environmentally friendly and free from animal testing, and we aim to make everything as affordable as possible! Please note we will be open on Sundays in December from 11am-4pm and open 10am until 1pm on Christmas Eve. We will be closed for a well-earned break between the 25th December and the 1st of January, re-opening 2nd January and 3rd January. On the 4th and 5th of January will be closed for stock taking- apologies for any inconvenience caused. Back to normal hours 6th January onwards! www.riceup.co.uk
