Description
River Park Judo Club is a British Judo Association affiliated club based at River Park Leisure Centre just outside of the Winchester town centre. We are a small but long established club with weekly sessions teaching Judo to children and young people. We currently run 3 sessions on Friday afternoons: 4pm - 5pm - Beginners 5pm - 6pm - Intermediate 6pm - 7pm - Advanced Judo is an Olympic sport and martial art. It is a fantastic way to get active, build confidence and improve fitness. Judo also by it's very nature can be an effective form of self-defence. Players of all levels of experience and ability are more than welcome to come and join us. Just call or e-mail if you require any further information about us or the sport.
