Dear Kindergarten Families, Unfortunately we are canceling our field trip to the farm for tomorrow, Wednesday, June 4, 2014 due to the 100% chance of rain, wind, and cool temperatures in the forecast. We will NOT be going. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and for the very short notice. We have been tracking the weather for the last 24 hours, and we had to make the best decision with your child's well-being as our number one priority. It was our hope to reschedule, however, the farm cannot accommodate us any other day between now and the end of the school year. Tomorrow, will be a normal scheduled day. AM will come TOMORROW at their normal time: 8:25-11:20AM, PM will be in school from 12:10-3:05PM. In order to provide our kindergarteners with a special end of the year celebration, we will be walking to Turtle Park and participating in fun outdoor activities on FRIDAY, JUNE 6th. We will return to school to picnic lunch on the front lawn. A peanut-free lunch will still need to be provided to be eaten at school. BOTH AM & PM Kindergarteners will attend school from 8:25-11:20AM ON FRIDAY, JUNE 6th. A permission slip will be going home tomorrow. We understand this is short notice, but please return the permission slip on THURSDAY, June 5, 2014. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, however, we are thrilled to be able to do something so fun with our great kindergarten classes. Regards, Mrs. Samuels & Mrs. Duve
