So, I thought it was about time I filled this section in! My name is Danielle, though most people call me 'Tink'! I've always been quite a crafty and creative person from a young age but over the last couple of years I've come to realise that making things is great therapy - it keeps the mind active and the hands busy! Everything I make, I make for fun but I now sell the things I make! As you can probably tell, I'm a lover of all things retro, vintage and rockabilly! I would describe my own style as rockabilly and this largely influences everything I make - though I am happy to do custom pieces if there is something in particular you have in mind so feel free to drop me a message! Although I try to get items out to people as quickly as possible, as everything is made by me alone there can sometimes be a wait for some items - though I will always make you aware of this before you buy. Most products are custom made to your requirements an made to order, not in stock. I also sell a variety of other products including clothes and jewellery by other manufacturers such as Lindy Bop, Hell Bunny and Alchemy. These products are often pre-order items meaning that the wait on these items can be longer. This is advised prior to payment and should the timescale change at any point (due to a delay at the manufacturers for example) you will be advised of this and kept up to date as and when. Please be aware that because most of the items I sell are handmade by me, they will not be identical in nature. Prices of my items can vary as they are often custom made to your requirements. However, a price guide can be found below or in the "notes" section of my page. Payment: Payment can be made via the Paypal service once you have received an invoice to your email address. You do not need to have a paypal account to purchase as the service enables you to check out with a credit or debit card. Payment must be made in advance and orders do not go into my diary until payment has been received. The turnaround time on orders starts the date payment has cleared. Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order up till 7 days after you have received your item(s) this gives you time to inspect them and contact me in writing (with the exception of custom made items which are non-refundable unless faulty). If I do not hear from you within the 7 days I will assume all is well and you are happy with your product. If you do wish to cancel I will refund all money paid excluding original shipping costs, you will assume responsibility for return postage. Both original and return postage will be refunded if the item is faulty. Consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If when purchasing an item and a free gift is given you are also responsible for returning that item along with the original item purchased should you cancel the order. With custom items you have up until payment is made to cancel your order; once the payment is made we will be in agreement that the item is in the process of production and due to the unique nature of the item it would not be possible to resell the item. If you do decide to cancel after the production has started then the payment is non-refundable. Returns: If a product reaches you and you are not satisfied with it please contact me in the first instance then return it to me in its original condition (with tags attached if relevant) within 7 days of receipt and a full refund of the goods will be given on receipt of the goods, excluding shipping. Please be aware that although refunds are processed immediately, the paypal refund system can mean that the money takes 7-10 days to reach your account. I do not cover your shipping costs of returned goods. If you receive an item and it is damaged or you suspect transit damage please contact me within 3 days of receipt so that I may remedy this for you. I endeavour to pack items well to lessen the risk of damage in transit however it is inevitable that this can sometimes happen. Lead Time for Delivery: I aim to send all item(s) via royal mail or Hermes Courier service within 5-7 working days of receipt of payment if an in stock item is purchased. If you require multiple items shipped together please advise me when ordering and I will adjust postage fees accordingly. Due to the size and weight of some items this may not be possible. If a custom item has been ordered then I will make advise you of the approximate lead time on the invoice you receive prior to making payment. If this time changes for any reason I will keep you updated. Items for sale: We endeavour to keep all items listed on this page available for sale but due to the nature of my business I do attend craft fairs, festivals and conventions and this can unfortunately lead to some items being sold prior to being able update the page. In such cases should they occur I will offer the person a full refund (if payment has already been made) or to choose an alternative item should they wish. Competitions: Competition winners must claim their prize within 28 days of winning and provide us with all the information we need to send the prize in a timely manner. We reserve the right to withdraw the competition prize if this is not adhered to as we do not have the time and resources to chase winners.
