Rolon’s Bar has been serving Jersey City since 1965. Built in 1860, the Downtown Historical Site was home to Tony’s Café, Keyhole Bar, and then AVO Bar until 1971 when Chris Rolon moved his bar to its current location at 242 Bay Street.
