Hello, and welcome to my new and improved Facebook page! I am Ron Friedman, M.D., a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, breasts, and body. Since 1996, I have been in private practice in Plano and Flower Mound. Prior to this, I served as the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital and was a member of the full-time plastic surgery faculty at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. I feel privileged to have been selected by my peers as a Best Doctor in Dallas by D Magazine for several years, as well as a Texas Monthly Texas Super Doctor. In addition, I have worked with ABC News to provide expert opinion on stories for breast and body contouring. I have authored numerous textbook chapters, been featured on multiple television and radio broadcasts, lectured nationally and internationally on over 30 occasions, and have been published in leading plastic surgery journals. Along with my passion for practicing cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, I am a wood and marble sculptor. My works have been displayed in many galleries and are included in several private collections. I am also a songwriter and pianist. As the Director of the West Plano Plastic Surgery Center, located on campus at Texas Health Presbyterian Plano, I specialize in breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, liposuction, mini and full tummy tucks, and cosmetic facial and eyelid surgery.
