I completed the childbirth and postpartum doula workshops through DONA International and am working toward my certification. I was inspired to become a doula following my own amazing experience with a doula and desire to support women, their partners, and their families. I am a gentle, calm support during the childbearing year. I recognize the importance of providing educational, emotional, and physical support. I also believe in helping women and their partners make informed decisions about their birth and postpartum care, further empowering individuals during this incredible experience. I am honoured to be invited to share this special moment with each family. I am certified in First Aid & CPR. I love to volunteer, and spend time with my two children.
