Thanks to Jude1960_G for the great 4 star review on TripAdvisor! friendly, clean and cheap staff extremely friendly, room clean and good sized (had booked a single and was given a twin), bathroom a little shabby but hotel obviously being refurbished. Had one small problem which was dealt with very efficiently by the night receptionist . Ample (free) car parking spaces - which is a huge bonus so close to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. - by Jude1960_G (Watford, United Kingdom) on 1/8/14. Stay date: Jan 2014
Thanks to Peter S for the great 4.17 star review on LateRooms! Great base. Used this hotel whilst travelling to a football match, booked a single but got a double room instead so great value for what I paid, 10/15 min walk out of the town - by Peter S (Pontefract, UK). Stay date: Sep 2013
Thanks to Pezza21 for the great 5 star review on TripAdvisor! Stayed here for one night & don't have any complaints, stayed in a superior room, I would definatly advise this as the old bit of the hotel looked very run down, the superior rooms area was very modernised, most things you would need are in rooms, eg hairdryer, kettle, tea & coffee, iron, ironing board. Bathroom very clean with bodywash, soaps etc included, i would stay again.
Thanks to Sarah for the great 4.15 star review on Booking.com! All round clean, friendly hotel close to bars!

Thanks to Anonymous for the great 4.4 star review on Booking.com! Good: Lovely, clean, modern hotel. Well/signposted and easy to find. Free parking, free wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Spacious room with a great shower. Generally quiet and peaceful. Large hotel but many signs around to help you avoid getting lost! No silly faffing about with keys being disabled if you leave the hotel. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
Thanks to GuisboroughJeff for the great 4 star review on TripAdvisor! Much better than other Budget hotels I am a regular mid weekly visitor to Newcastle and usually use Premier Inn in Team Valley - with advance booking it was very good value but now that the prices have been hiked I started to look around again and found Rooms Inn. I have tried other Premier Inns in the area and Travel lodge but they are all a bit grubby. On my fist visit I was upgraded to the Superior Room and whilst the decor is not to my taste it had every facility and I enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hotel has no restaurant or bar but this is budget and I have no complaints - it is only a 10 minute walk into town ( there is a bus stop outside with buses every 10 minutes) with all that Newcastle city has to offer. I booked a second time and this time got the standard room and again - no complaints - clean and comfortable. For £30 ( after online discount) this is excellent value and beats other budget hotels - and all with on site free parking and free WIFI.

Thanks to Tracey Koiki for the great 5 star review on LateRooms! Short get away with my husband After reading some of the reviews I was a little worried as to the state of the room!! Well we paid the £5 extra for a superior room and it was amazing! So modern, fresh & clean. The hotel is only 5 mins from the city centre, which was amazing! Would defo be booking this hotel again :) - by Tracey Koiki (Glasgow, UK). Stay date: Oct 2013
Thanks to S Green for the great 5 star review on LateRooms! Could not be improved upon I booked a single room but was given a double for single occupancy. I was upgraded to a superior room at no extra charge (I think as I'd said that I wanted a quiet room but I'm not quite sure why) and it was perfect for my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linen clean, the towels were changed after only one day which was unneccessary but nice, the television worked perfectly and the remote was easy to operate, the complimentary tea etc was made good use of,there was virtually no sound to disturb at all, the breakfast had been stated as continental but had so much choice, ham, cheese, toast, croissants, muffins, fruit, fruit juice, tea ,coffee. The shower was clean and worked perfectly (although the water was quite hot and I couldn't work out how to make it cooler but it gets you out of the shower quicker) ,the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all nothing whatsoever to complain about (oh except that there wasn't a lift .That wasn't a problem for me but may be for some people) - by S Green (Chatham, UK). Stay date: Oct 2013
