Welcome to Rosebuds, I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder situated in Allithwaite. With quality care, play and education, every child can blossom. My aim is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for children to develop, through appropriate activity and play. My home offers comfort and space for plenty of fun both indoors and out. Situated just a 2 minute walk from both Allithwaite Primary School, and Allithwaite Montessori, Rosebuds is ideal for school/nursery pick-ups and perfect for trips to the park. My childcare experience started when I began a work-based apprenticeship in Childcare, Early Learning and Development and was awarded NVQ Level 2. I was lucky enough to be offered a placement at Allithwaite Montessori, which was a wonderful learning opportunity and even gave me a glimpse into special educational needs. I have completed a 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Course twice now, and also Safeguarding Children Course at Level 1 and 2. As well as these, I have completed Cumbria's Introduction to Quality Child-minding Courses, and most importantly Ofsted Registration. Although my most relevant experience comes from my 3 year old daughter.
