Description

The first three months after your child is born are some of the most challenging you will ever face! With families often spread far apart, it can be hard for mothers to find the support they need during this tender time with their newborns. That's where doulas come in! The word doula comes from ancient Greek and it means "woman's servant". As a doula, I offer my services to all women in need of extra help during their postpartum period. I am available to cook a meal, answer your questions, give you an opportunity to rest, answer your questions, or even give you a hand with a little light housework.
