A Volunteer Organisation for men and women between 18 and 30,we are a proud subsidary of the Rotary Club Of Vancouver Yaletown and District 5040 Founded during the summer of 2009, the Rotaract Club of Vancouver Yaletown (RCVY) is the first and only Rotaract club in the downtown Vancouver area. With emphasis on leadership and professional development, RCVY is working towards becoming the premier service organization for young adults in Vancouver.
1. What is Rotaract? Rotaract is a community service and social based club. This is a club, which is sponsored by the local Rotary club. The ages of the members of Rotaract are between 18 and 30. Rotaract is an organization that is well known all over the world. 2.Who can join Rotaract? Anyone between the ages of 18 to 30 are encouraged to join. 3.How does one become a member of Rotaract? In order to become a member of Rotaract, one needs to attend meetings on a regular basis and help with the various projects currently on the go. 4.How often does Rotaract of Vancouver-Yaletown meet? The club meets twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 6 – 7PM at FDU Vancouver.
