Welcome and thanks for checking out my page! My name is Deanna and I am the creator, business woman and artisan behind Rustic Reflections Jewelry and I love making unique and thoughtful necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Having recently found this passion for creating jewelry, the idea to start a buisness came to me surprisingly quickly. What drives this business is the desire to send a portion of the profits to organizations who help others. Children hospitals, child-soldier rehabilitation programs, local food banks and shelters, and any others that are suggested. Each month I will donate to a different organization, so please send me suggestions that are close to your heart. Before committing to an organization, I research each one to ensure that the money will be used for the correct purpose. My first 'donation sale' will be at a local farmers market here in Victoria (location and date to be announced) and 30% of the profits will be donated. Until then, every penny from sales will be rolled directly into restocking materials so I can build up an adequate supply of pieces for you to choose from. As time goes on and sales increase, I will increase the percentage donated. My goal is to reach a place where I can consistently donate 80% of the monthly profits. I believe in transparency, so I will be posting my monthly sales, profits and spending starting at the end of May. I will begin posting the donation amounts directly after the first farmers market sale. I am able to make custom designs, so send me your idea and once I find and price out the materials, I will send you a quote. I can also send you pieces wherever you are in the world. Just let me know where you are and I'll quote you the price plus shipping. As for making purchases, if you live in Victoria, than you are one lucky dog! Your orders will be hand delivered to your home! If you live anywhere outside of the Greater Victoria area, I will promptly mail your order to your home in a protective bubble wrap package. Shipping costs depend on the final weight of your order and your preferred method of shipping. For example, shipping costs for a single pair of earrings can cost anywhere between $1.80 to $30 depending if you want tracking or insurance and how quickly you want to receive it. I take cash or cheque if you're in Victoria, and cheque only if you're out of Victoria. Lastly, as my customers I want you to know that I stand behind each piece that I sell. If a problem occurs, I ask that you contact me as soon as it is possible and I will work with you to remedy the situation.
