Description

I recently qualified with Distinction in Swedish Massage and, Anatomy and Physiology both awarded by the Association of Physical and Natural Therapists (APNT). My interest in massage started very soon as I have suffered from my early teenage years from back pain; I wanted to understand how to help people like me. I discovered during training that our physical and emotional nature are deeply intertwined, can’t be separated or treated as distinct entities and so the quality of a massage comes as much from working the ailments of the muscles as from calming the mind and achieving overall relaxation. I hope to be able to give the same restorative feeling I get after a massage, the muscles relaxing, the mind quieter.
