We offer student lettings in Treforest and have been established since 1999.

Description

We have been offering student accommodation in Treforest since 1999. Our aim has always been to provide not only quality accommodation but to make sure that we respond quickly to any problem a student might have., whether this may be a small leak or a broken appliance. Our business has been built on reputation and many students have been with us for the duration of their course and have then passed our names to their siblings and friends. Selena and Jinx own the properties but more recently their son and daughter in law, James and Christie run them for them. We have spares of everything in our storage in Treforest so no matter how small something might seem, a student simply lets us know and we sort it out. We believe that although this is our house, it is YOUR HOME and you should be able to live undisturbed as much as possible. We do not keep beds for more than 2 years and once a group of tenants leave, each house is decorated from top to bottom, carpets are cleaned and the whole house is cleaned and all crockery and utensils are washed. We are fully accredited and registered with Environmental Health, Trading Standards, University of South Wales and Landlords Association Wales. Our properties have current certificates from the above also gas and electrical and fire alarm certificates. We do hope that you will join us!
