Imagine . . . Wild barramundi poached in a ginger, turmeric, curry leaves and chilli - all locally grown - coconut-based sauce, infused with an exquisite blend of delicious spices. Butter chicken masala, also made with a fresh house blend of spices. For our vegetarian friends, perhaps Rapid Creek Market snake beans tossed with dry chillies, red lentils, mustard seeds and fresh coconut, and for the kids, baby samosas. House-made rosewater kulfi for dessert! All served on zero-waste technology, biodegradable tableware made from bamboo and sugarcane - just one of the steps we've taken towards a more environmentally-friendly eating experience. Sustainable seafood, seasonal ingredients and plenty of spice - reducing your environmental impact has never tasted so good!
